A candy maker one Christmas as the story is told, created a special candy as a testament to the Lord. He made it with red and white this little charm you see. It represents the blood Christ shed and His everlasting Purity. The shape is a shepherd's staff "Believe", the Lord proclaimed; then turned the candy to a "J" as in our Lord Jesus' name.
